Este sitio, construido en la década de 1940 por el empresario e ingeniero Fernando Saldaña Galvánes uno de los puntos imperdibles para quienes gustan de vivir experiencias paranormales, pues, según cuentan las leyendas urbanas, en esta construcción que actualmente se encuentra abandonada ocurren muchas situaciones inexplicables.
